Cles (Trento)

The production plant of EBARA Pumps Europe is situated in the town of Cles, in Trentino Alto Adige, and is used for processing and manufacturing pressed steel components for centrifugal pumps.
The plant contains an area reserved for sheet metal cutting which is followed by the press area, where front shrouds, back shrouds and impellers are manufactured.
The parts washing machine shown in the picture is situated at the end of this process. It washes the above-mentioned components after the pressing operations to clean off the emulsified oil required for processing.
The fundamental components of the washing machine include the two model CD EBARA pumps made entirely of stainless steel.
The first CD pump pressurises the water to supply the washing nozzles, while the second pump is used to empty the tank when the water is replaced.
This parts washing system dates back to before 1996 and the CD pumps have never evidenced any problem in guaranteeing the correct performances within a crucial process of the production chain.
