A new shopping centre has been completed in the centre of Nepi, a town near Viterbo.
The shopping centre is constructed on 4 levels.
The underground floor contains 24 garages, the ground floor houses 13 points of sale, a further 23 of which are located on the first floor, while the second floor of the building features 19 apartments ranging from 42 m2 to 100 m2.
The buildings and common areas of the shopping centre are equipped with climate control systems and private parking spaces exclusively reserved for residents and customers.
The air conditioning system of shops, bars and supermarkets features 4 EBARA twin in-line centrifugal electric pumps, model LPCD, while 4 EBARA twin circulators power the shopping centre’s heating system.
