Acquisition of Spandau Pumpen by EBARA Pumps Europe S.p.A.

We are proud to announce the acquisition of the German company Spandau Punpen,

By taking over the business and utilizing the EBARA Group’s resources and network, we will aims to enter the global market for machine tools and further expand its business by providing new products and services.

We will promptly take over the customer base and suppliers of the Spandau Pumpen business, transfer production to EBARA Pumps Europe  in Italy and we’ll globally work to develop new customers worldwide.
