The Al Furjan project combines 3, 5 and 6 bedroom villas and terraced homes and importantly, considerable open space. Inspired by traditional design, villas in the first phase of the development will be one of two styles, namely, the Dubai, a favoured local architectural style, or the Quortaj, a combination of Islamic and Mediterrane architecture.
