Work environment: a new fantastic experience!

We believe that to realize the best products for our customers and society it’s important to sustain a safe workplace and strive for a stimulating work environment, for this reason we constantly organize specific trainings and courses for EBARA people.

We are happy to share one of this training arranged with the support of Fòrema for employees and workers of the production! It hans’t been only a training, but a different experience where our colleagues have been encouraged by the two coaches (Agnese and Chiara) to manage relations between them, to talk about issues and to to exchange ideas to solve them, making something new, out of their comfort zone.

Opportunities to get involved, training, sharing and personal growth: these are the goals achived by this journey which will continue!
