EBARA Pumps Europe opened its doors to high school students

Twenty-five students from ISS Rosselli-Sartori (Lonigo) and their professors visited EBARA Pumps Europe headquarters on May 25th.

HR department, with the support of other departments (PMC, Safety and Production) welcomed students and professors presenting the company and its Japanese roots; after putting on the safety equipment, the guests, divided in two groups, visited different areas of the EBARA plant:

• Logistics/Shipping
• Reception and Quality
• Shaft line
• Winding line
• Coating line
• Assembly lines
• Focus Factory

The focus of the visit was to showcase the production lines of EBARA pumps starting from the single components up to the assembled pump.

The tour also included a visit to the Tokyo Room, the company showroom which has an area with an overview of all EBARA products and ranges, that gave the opportunity to the guests to see and feel our products, providing an immersive experience.

After that, there was an interaction moment with some technical training about EBARA products and the use of EBARA pump selector in Mito Room, a place in the company dedicated to training, webinars and meetings with a breakout area for refreshments.

At the end, we thank the students and professors for the beautiful experience by giving them some presents!

This is the first company visit at EBARA Pumps Europe, we hope to have many more.
