To expand our new branch in Stockholm, EBARA Pumps Europe Spa Nordic Filial and to guarantee the necessary operational support for the growth of the business in Scandinavia, we are looking for a resource to join to the team as Sales Back Office Assistant.

The figure, reporting directly to the Branch Manager, will support the latter and the Sales Force in managing orders and in relationships with customers, with a perspective to continuous customer loyalty and maximization of the offered level of service.

Main activities:

• To manage the order process in all its phases:
• To provide support and assistance to Customers and Sales Force
• To manage, in collaboration with Logistics and SCM, the organization of activities relating to the delivery of goods
• To provide updating of customer records
• To provide support to the Sales Force also during the offer phase, if necessary
• To interface with the headquarters, in particular with the Application Engineers and with the After Sales, for technical activities relating to the orders managed
• To follow basic administrative activities (i.e. accounting, invoicing, payments) and manage contacts with banks, legals, consultants, public authorities, etc.
• To provide general support to the Branch Manager and the Sales team for secretarial and general affaires activities (i.e. hotel/transportation reservation, stationary purchasing)

Who?

We are looking for a resource who is determined to face new challenges, who has experience in managing the order process, including related documentation. Who has competences in basic administrative activities (accounting, invoicing, payments). Have to be familiar with the main IT applications (Office, ERP, CRM) and speak English well.
