Technology, for Ebara, is the reconciliation of man with progress. All pumps, as well as plants and other machines, are manufactured at the highest possible functionality levels through an exhaustive quality control programme covering the entire productive flow, from the design to the finished product.

The production line in Cles (Trent), Italy, completely automated has been created in order to maximise the use of raw materials and energy, to obtain a range of extremely efficient products at the highest standardisation and quality levels.

For the manufacture of stainless steel pumps Ebara makes use of a particular moulding technique for stainless steel acquired from the Japanese mother Company. The robotized manufacture process allows to optimise raw materials use, rapid production line changes, high standardisation levels, quality control on the line: thanks to this sophisticated technique it is possible to produce stainless steel electric pumps with simple and efficient hydraulic design at low costs, thus meeting the requirements of environmental respect.

The existing technology and the investments made put Ebara in a condition of absolute competition on the world market and in a situation of safety, guarantee, continuity and expansion.
